Starting a Batch Chromeleon Xpress: Running Samples
Starting a Batch
Go to the Sequence Control panel.
If the Sequence list is empty, load a sequence into the Batch (see 
Loading a Sequence).
On the Sequence Control panel, click the Start Batch button.
Chromeleon Xpress performs a Ready Check.
If no errors are found, the first sample in the sequence begins running.
If the ready check finds errors, they are displayed in a message box. Click OK to close the box. After fixing the errors, click Start Batch again.
While the batch is running, the Sequence list indicates the Sample Status.
The running sample is assigned an injection date and time and has a green background.
A sample that is being prepared has a yellow background (see Overlapping Samples for additional information).
When a sample run is complete, its status is changed to Finished.
